Key Responsibilities 1. M365 Administration:- Manage, configure, and optimize Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
- Handle user provisioning, permissions, licensing, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot M365-related technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) as requested by clients.
- Design, customize, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and pages.

- Lead and mentor a small team (2–3 members), providing guidance and performance feedback.
- Manage project timelines, task allocation, and quality control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and QA.
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, SharePoint Online, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of M365 security, compliance, and governance.
- Experience in custom SharePoint development using modern tools and frameworks.
- Proven track record in building and deploying Power Apps and Power Automate workflows for enterprise clients.
- Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing and training activities.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a small technical team.
- Understanding of Azure Cloud and Azure Active Directory (AD) are a plus.
