• Ability to work onsite at client's location at least 4 days/week.
• Experience interacting with product stakeholders, including end-users and software developers.
• Mid-level to Super User experience with M365 products, namely SharePoint, Teams, and the Power Platform.
• Subject-Matter Expertise in one or more of the following products: Microsoft 365, CoreView, Axonius, Aha!, Airtable, Box, ClauseMatch, DocuSign, MIRO, NetDocuments, ShareGate, Signavio, SmartSheet.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations and communicate up and down the organization.

• 2-4 years of experience in a technology operational, implementation, or product management role.
• Experience in SaaS technology administration and change management is highly desirable.

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and tools like Excel, Python (Pandas), or R.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Experience with big data technologies (Azure Cloud, Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
