• A strong background in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
• Prior experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect
• Experience with CMDB
• Understanding of CSDM Framework.
• Experience with various Releases / versions and upgrade process.
• Understanding of REST /SOAP based integration
• Exceptional analytical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Experience delivering highly complex projects in ServiceNow
• Comfortable leading and coordinating client calls and meetings, preparing status reports, presentations etc.
• ServiceNow CSA certified

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data efficiently.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and stored procedures).
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working with large datasets and tools like Excel, Python (Pandas), or R.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with big data technologies (Azure Cloud, Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and regression modeling.
• Exposure to Python or R for data manipulation and automation.

• Lead Neutrino’s Engineering / Development teams
• Provide oversight for enterprise-scale digital transformational initiatives
• Provides technical leadership to the platform and project teams
• Leads technical discovery sessions with clients and internal team members
• Partner with business and client technology SMEs to understand requirements and opportunities
• Mentor technology teams and contribute to the growth of technology practice.
• Provides technical controls to ensure the correct approached and solutions are used when delivering business solutions
• Responsible for overall technology delivery and engagements; including Architecture, Design, Development, Configurations, Deployments, Migrations, Integrations etc.
• Assist Executive team to develop and expand other technical partnership programs, including Amazon, Microsoft, Google
• Collaborate with strategy and digital marketing teams for driving technical solutions
• Responsible for building the right teams; including recruiting and hiring decisions for Technology division and conducting performance management.

You will be ideal for this position if you have:

• • 10-12 years of progressive experience in Technology; architecture, design, development
  • At least 4-5 years of people management experience
  • Experience in data, analytics, BI, Cloud, enterprise platforms and web development
  • Foundational understanding of Gen AI and related emerging technologies
  • Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Expertise in leading and growing technology teams
  • Financial and/or Marketing agency experience (preferred)
